Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we exclusively operate online. This allows us to deliver the highest quality items and exceptional customer support to our valued customers.

 

Where is my outfit made?

All the items available on our website are proudly crafted in Toronto, Canada. We partner with local manufacturers who uphold ethical production practices, ensuring both the quality of our products and support for our local community.

What are your shipping times?

All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

 

Is shipping included?

We offer complimentary tracked shipping on all orders within Canada and the USA. 

At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping to other international destinations. All items worldwide will be shipped with tracking.

 

What is your return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy from the day your package arrives. All items must be in the same condition as they were sent. Please contact us immediately through the contact form for information on how and where to send your package.

For our Canadian customers: return shipping is free

For our American customers: a flat rate $10 CAD shipping fee will be deducted from our return amount.

For our international customers: return shipping is at the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend taking the time to ensure you're purchasing the correct size.

If the item delivered is not the item you ordered, or comes damaged, please contact us right away so we can fix this issue.

What about customs and duties?

We are not responsible for any cost of customs or duties when purchasing from outside of Canada. The customer takes sole responsibility of these extra expenses.
